This website is dedicated to the students, alumni, and friends of Hallsville ISD. The Foundation seeks
to provide independent funding for projects and programs that enhance the quality of education for HISD students. Money
raised by the Foundation will not replace tax dollars, but will be used to raise HISD students to a higher level of academic
excellence.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Hallsville ISD Education Foundation will generate and distribute resources to the Hallsville Independent
School District for programs and projects that enhance the quality of education and provide students with opportunities to
become contributing citizens and compete in our increasingly complex world.
